The Role:

As our LATAM Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our executive operations, providing top-tier support to our leadership team primarily in Mexico, Colombia, and wherever our journey takes us next. This is not just a support role; it’s an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and visionary team driving the future of luxury travel. You will work closely with our executives, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly managed and every opportunity seized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist executives with administrative tasks, calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation across multiple time zones.
• Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Manage international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences across our expanding network.
• Provide proactive support in day-to-day operations, project management, and strategic initiatives.
• Be adaptable, ready to handle the unexpected, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Who You Are:

• A driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for the luxury hospitality industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to support our executives in international settings.
• Equipped with a valid passport and the willingness to travel as needed, supporting our expansion in LATAM and beyond.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities with grace under pressure.
• A problem solver with a proactive attitude, capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative.
